One B2C website was flagging in performance – traffic, leads, and revenue. It needed a design and UX refresh, as well as lead generation, SEO optimization, and more. One of my initial approaches was to reposition an existing free demo course:
- Enhanced funnel performance by repurposing an underutilized free demo course as a lead generation asset.
- Developed and executed content strategies that positioned the demo as a primary entry point, enabling effective email capture for downstream nurturing campaigns.
- This initiative drove a 200%+ increase in MQLs within one month.
